Warranty Registration

Customers who have purchased Acer products, please register your product warranty only 7 days AFTER your purchase date and within 90 days.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

For warranty claim. customer must produce the original proof of purchase.

Please note the following for registration:

1. For Smart handheld warranty registration:
   • Product purchased FROM 1st May 2010 onwards, please register your warranty online as above.
   • Product purchased BEFORE 1st May 2010, please email to acercare.sg@acer.com.sg the following information:
   1. Smart handheld serial number
   2. Full name
   3. Contact number
   4. Alternate contact number (if any)
   5. Full address
   6. Scanned copy of purchase invoice
2. For Acer external optical drive, no warranty registration is required.
3. For Stand-Alone monitor: If your monitor is purchased without any Acer desktop unit, please proceed with the warranty registration.
4. For monitor bundled with an Acer desktop unit: You will only need to register your Acer Desktop warranty. The monitor warranty will be incorporated.
